MVP Group and San Miguel Plan ₱120 Billion Elevated Expressway

On 29 October 2026, President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. announced a proposed ₱120 billion elevated expressway linking Balintawak in Quezon City with Bocaue in Bulacan. The MVP Group is expected to coordinate with San Miguel Corporation on the project, which aims to expand road capacity, improve traffic flow and reduce transport costs along the northern corridor. The announcement did not provide a construction timetable or detailed financing arrangements.
