Egyptian Climate-Tech Startup NoorNation Raises $1.05 Million Seed Funding

On 28 October, Cairo-based NoorNation secured $1.05 million in seed funding from Linah Farms, Catalyst Fund and KBW Ventures to expand its solar-powered energy and water solutions. The funding will support its pay-per-use solar irrigation model, while a related agreement covers five additional solar installations with combined capacity of approximately 1.13 MWp across agricultural operations in Bahariya Oasis and Minya.
